The Deco Silver Metal Dial is signed “Bulova”, and it has a Folding Advertising Sign on Top that reads “Electrically Controlled Time”. This is a Rare Advertising Clock that was Given to Jewelry Stores by Bulova Salesmen to Advertise Bulova Watches in the Store! It was not Available to the Public for Sale!!!
